Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

General Products (Non Print on Demand items)

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any problems with a product/order please do not hesitate to contact me at alexroseillustration@gmail.com so that I can help resolve the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible so I can cancel the order before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched please follow the guidance below.

If you, the buyer, wish to return an item, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The buyer then has 14 days to return the item as long as it is in acceptable condition (please note that the seal on the craft CD-Roms must not be broken). The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery costs. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back.

Due of the nature of these items, I unfortunately cannot accept returns for made to order products or custom/personalised orders.

Print on Demand Products

Some products in our shop are printed and made to order by our UK manufacturing partner specifically for our shop. These items are not held in stock and are produced in response to customer orders.

As these products are made to order to our specification, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size, where the product falls within the applicable made-to-order/personalised goods exemption.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a print on demand product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly printed or does not match the description provided on our website, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that print on demand products may be dispatched directly from our UK manufacturing partner and may therefore arrive separately from other items in your order. For international customers: Please be aware that orders of print on demand products may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery.
