Shipping policy


Dispatch Times

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies:

  • Smaller orders, such as greeting cards, I aim to turnaround within 48 hours.

  • Larger orders, including prints (some of which I print on demand) may take longer to dispatch and are posted once a week, usually on a Friday.

  • If the order is custom or personalised I shall discuss the expected timeframe with you and keep you updated throughout the process.

If you need your order sooner, please just contact me and I will try my best to make it happen!

Delivery & Customs

  • UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Second Class postage which aims to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.

  • International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service which aims to deliver in 6-7 working days worldwide.

Overseas orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to VAT and customs duties. Please check the relevant authorities in your country to find these out before you order.
