All images contained on this website are copyright protected material of Alexandra Rose Illustration. They are not allowed to be illegally reused, resold, and distributed in any and all media without permission in writing and will be liable to prosecution under international copyright law.

Buying a print/ greeting card

If you buy a piece of artwork such as a print this means that you only have ownership of that physical object and not any rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, market or otherwise exploit that image.

Buying craft items

If you purchase any of the craft items in the shop there is an Angel Policy:

- The imagery supplied by Alexandra Rose Illustration (formerly Lexy Rose Illustration) in these craft products (Stamps and CD-Roms) is copyrighted which means that it may not be copied without permission. 

- There is no limit on the number of items which can be made from using these craft supplies as long as the product is a finished item and they are individually/personally made by the crafter  (not a large company for large scale commercial-gain). 

- The images may not be used for the purpose of creating logos, company trademarks or clipart.

- Designs cannot be digitally altered and passed off and sold as someone else’s creation.

- No mechanical reproduction in any form is permitted.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, especially if it is a custom order. Smaller orders, such as greeting cards, I aim to turnaround within 48 hours. Larger orders, including prints (which I print on demand) may take longer to dispatch and are posted once a week, usually on a Friday. Please contact me if you need your order sooner and I will do my best to accommodate this. UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Second Class postage which aims to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.

Overseas orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to VAT and customs duties. Please check the relevant authorities in your country to find these out before you order. International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service which aims to deliver in 6-7 working days worldwide.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any problems with a product/order please do not hesitate to contact me at alexroseillustration@gmail.com so that I can help resolve the issue. If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible so I can cancel the order before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched please follow the guidance below.

If you, the buyer, wish to return an item, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The buyer then has 14 days to return the item as long as it is in acceptable condition (please note that the seal on the craft CD-Roms must not be broken). The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery costs. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back.

Because of the nature of these items, I unfortunately cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

We have the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
