Dispatch Times
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies:
Smaller orders, such as greeting cards, I aim to turnaround within 48 hours.
Larger orders, including prints (some of which I print on demand) may take longer to dispatch and are posted once a week, usually on a Friday.
If the order is custom or personalised I shall discuss the expected timeframe with you and keep you updated throughout the process.
If you need your order sooner, please just contact me and I will try my best to make it happen!

Delivery & Customs
UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Second Class postage which aims to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.
International deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Standard service which aims to deliver in 6-7 working days worldwide.
Overseas orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to VAT and customs duties. Please check the relevant authorities in your country to find these out before you order.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any problems with a product/order please do not hesitate to contact me at alexroseillustration@gmail.com so that I can help resolve the issue.
If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible so I can cancel the order before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched please follow the guidance below.
If you, the buyer, wish to return an item, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The buyer then has 14 days to return the item as long as it is in acceptable condition (please note that the seal on the craft CD-Roms must not be broken). The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery costs. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back.
Due of the nature of these items, I unfortunately cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
